At Supportive Space, my mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals looking for a safe and confidential space. I believe that therapy should feel relatable and inclusive to all. I offer face-to-face therapy from my cozy private counselling room in North London (N22).
As a BACP registered integrative therapist, I offer a flexible and holistic way of working which aligns with my view that we have different ways of being in the world and individual needs which are personal to us. I value the process of creating the relationship between client and therapist as well as holding the space.
At Supportive Space, I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their inner selves and overcome personal challenges.
I am experienced with in working with anxiety, ADHD, bullying, loneliness, work related burnout, chronic illness, bereavement, depression, abuse, stress, trauma, childhood trauma, eating disorders, self-harm, health related issues, self-esteem, poor body image, negative internal thought, HIV diagnosis , chemsex addiction, struggles around sexuality, sexual identity, intimacy, sex-related or relationship issues.

My capacity for welcoming others and building a strong rapport has been harnessed over my 15 years of hospitality experience and my 10 years of counselling training. I cherish creating a comfortable environment for my clients which feels relatable, empathic and sincere.
My training began at The Mary Ward Centre where I completed my introduction to counselling. I completed my Diploma in Integrative Counselling at The Minster Centre. My integrated learning allowed me to experientially engage with the main psychotherapy schools, including working with the body and our experience beyond the physical one.
I feel passionately about the importance of holding the layers intersectionality and identity. I work in a non-judgmental, sex/kink positive way and support LGBTQIA+ community.
I offer a free initial 10 minute telephone call to understand you needs and expectations. If you feel comfortable to proceed, a 50 minute in-person consultation will be offered. We can think collectively what support you need and what we can achieve. It also gives you a chance to feel if we are compatible.
